Courtney Schwartz is our Office Manager. She also processes for the Sun Prairie branch and several other offices nationwide. She is dedicated to assisting our loan officers and borrowers to make the loan process run as smoothly as possible. Because Fairway has the tools to handle the processing, underwriting, and closing aspects of the loan process from one office, Courtney is able to efficiently and accurately take a loan from the application stage to the closing stage in minimal time and in the most convenient way for the borrower.
Fairway Independent Mortgage is at the top of the industry based on volume, and everyone at Fairway is dedicated to serving clients – we listen to their concerns, and consider their needs first. Courtney is a 2004 graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison Business School, and has been with Fairway since April of 2002. She works out of our Sun Prairie office located just off of Hwy 19 on Lois Drive. |
