As branch manager for Fairway Independent's flagship branch office, Joe Theisen brings his years of experience to direct the operations of this key branch, as well as contributing his time and expertise to his industry.  A 20-year industry veteran, Theisen entered the financial services business with his hometown bank shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in business/finance.  Joe has been with Fairway since 1998 as a Branch Manager and Certified Mortgage Planner.

As past president of the Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers, Theisen has steadfastly maintained his commitment to his industry and his state association.  In addition to chairing the convention committee for the first National Association of Mortgage Brokers North Annual Conference, to take place in Boston in May, 2009, he will become the president of the Wisconsin Association once again in September, 2008.
